Odhran
Odhrán joined 6 months ago, looking to lose weight and build strength despite juggling uni, work, and social events. After a few adjustments, he committed fully. He lost a stone, added 50kg to his deadlift and squat, 20kg to his presses, and gained muscle. Odhrán developed solid habits, boosted his confidence, and gained a better understanding of training and nutrition.
Maeve
Maeve joined me last year, already experienced in training but needing direction and accountability. She wanted to lean bulk, adding muscle without unnecessary fat. Online coaching gave her the flexibility to train on her own schedule, fitting more sessions in during the week while still enjoying social time. Maeve’s been hitting PRs and making great progress!
Chris
Chris made amazing progress, both physically and mentally. Despite battling anxiety, he’s stayed motivated. During our lean bulk, Chris added 60kg to his deadlift, 20kg to his squat, and 10-15kg to his bench and OHP, with impressive muscle growth and a total body composition change.
